They use these strips of paper as bracelets to attach to the children notifying the parents when their child has a responsibility in primary. They report that the children eagerly await their turn to receive a bracelet.
They have a bucket for each teacher. The teacher can store supplies and things they don't want to haul to church each week in their bucket which is stored in a closet in the primary room. It might be a nice touch to periodically drop a thank you in each bucket for the teacher to find.
